1. Privacy (short)
We store account, progress, purchases, and (if you use Share & Earn) referral/payout details needed to run the app. We do not sell your personal data.*1
2. Terms (short)
The app provides piano learning tools, classes, exams, and optional paid unlocks. You must use a legitimate account. Cheating, abuse, or payment fraud may lead to suspension.*2
3. No refund policy
All purchases are final. Once payment is captured, we do not offer refunds for Full Course or other paid items, including change of mind, unused access, or device issues.*3
4. Share & Earn (short)
India program: when a friend buys Full Course via your link, you may earn ₹30 after a 14-day hold. Min withdraw ₹100. Name + UPI required. Payouts may be manual until automated payouts are enabled. One referral binding per buyer account. Rewards are promotional and may change.*4
*1 Privacy detail: data may include Firebase Auth profile, Firestore progress/entitlements, checkout metadata, device/browser signals for fraud prevention, and UPI/name for withdrawals. Processors include Google Firebase and Razorpay. Contact the publisher for deletion requests where legally required.
*2 Terms detail: licence is personal/non-transferable; content remains publisher IP; service may change; offline/local cache is not a warranty of cloud entitlements.
*3 No-refund detail: chargebacks/disputes may still be raised with banks; fraudulent disputes can result in account/referral forfeiture. Digital goods are delivered immediately on successful payment confirmation.
*4 Referral detail: commission only on verified Full Course payment; pending→available after 14 days; withdraw requests are reviewed; publisher may pause the program, adjust amounts, or refuse payouts tied to abuse. Same Firebase account cannot use its own code. Geography may expand later.
